The focus of this release is comprehensive analytics and insights to help you understand your chatbot performance and user behavior.
We've added powerful new analytics capabilities:
- Document Analytics: Track document performance with detailed analytics including usage counts, session interactions, and escalation rates. Monitor which documents are most effective and identify content optimization opportunities.
- User Analytics Dashboard: Gain comprehensive insights into user behavior with demographic data, session patterns, device usage, and satisfaction scores. Understand your audience better with detailed user analytics.
- Resolution Type Tracking: Enhanced session tracking with resolution types including Resolved, Escalated, Abandoned, and CTA Click. Better understand conversation outcomes and optimize your chatbot's effectiveness.
- Support Ticket Analytics: Monitor support ticket patterns and identify common issues. Track ticket volume by question type and chatbot to improve your knowledge base and reduce support workload.
