The focus of this release is comprehensive analytics and insights to help you understand your chatbot performance and user behavior.

We've added powerful new analytics capabilities:

  1. Document Analytics: Track document performance with detailed analytics including usage counts, session interactions, and escalation rates. Monitor which documents are most effective and identify content optimization opportunities.
  2. User Analytics Dashboard: Gain comprehensive insights into user behavior with demographic data, session patterns, device usage, and satisfaction scores. Understand your audience better with detailed user analytics.
  3. Resolution Type Tracking: Enhanced session tracking with resolution types including Resolved, Escalated, Abandoned, and CTA Click. Better understand conversation outcomes and optimize your chatbot's effectiveness.
  4. Support Ticket Analytics: Monitor support ticket patterns and identify common issues. Track ticket volume by question type and chatbot to improve your knowledge base and reduce support workload.
  5. Date Filter for Chat Sessions Exporter: Enhanced analytics export functionality with date range filtering for chat sessions. Export specific time periods to focus your analysis and generate targeted reports.

We've introduced a granular permissions system for team collaboration with four access levels:
