  • Advanced Analytics and Insights: We are excited to introduce our new AI-powered Insights feature for Enterprise users! This advanced analytics tool generates comprehensive reports on your chatbots, highlighting most asked questions, most used sources, and unanswered questions to help you optimize your content strategy.   • EU-based Reranking: Our reranking model is now deployed in the EU region. This means our EU users can now enable reranking in their chatbots without causing any cross-border data transfers.

🛠️ Improved

  • Loading Time: We have improved the loading time of the app.
  • Drive Sync: Google Drive sync process is significantly faster and more reliable.
  • Citation Reporting: We have changed the way the bot reports citations where only one document is cited. The bot will not report that document multiple times, improving the analytics for that document.
  • Analytics Filters: We have added date and bot filters to the analytics section to allow fine tuning of the chat data exports.
