DocuChat can now crawl websites directly as a content source. Point a chatbot at a URL, choose the crawl depth, and let DocuChat discover and ingest pages automatically. Includes LLM-powered filtering to keep only the pages relevant to your topic.
Stripe Payments
Stripe is now the primary payment provider for DocuChat. Upgrades, downgrades, and trial conversions all run through Stripe with hardened webhook handling and improved invoice reliability. Existing customers on the previous provider continue uninterrupted while we migrate.
In-App Plan Management
Change your plan, switch billing intervals, and update payment methods directly from the Settings page. No more emailing support to upgrade or downgrade. Includes payment security hardening across the entire billing flow.
Admin Dashboard Overhaul
The admin dashboard has been fully rebuilt with a faster, cleaner interface. Better filtering, clearer plan management, and accurate cost attribution across organizations.
Claude 4 Model Family
Upgraded to the latest Anthropic models. Claude 3.5 Sonnet is now Claude Sonnet 4.5, Claude 3 Haiku is now Claude Haiku 4.5, and Claude 3 Sonnet is now Claude Sonnet 4. Newer Bedrock models use EU inference profile IDs for full data residency.

- Google Drive Sync Reliability: Major reliability overhaul of the hourly sync, with better error recovery, clearer status reporting, and the ability to enable Drive sync independently per organization.
- Multi-Org Membership: Adding existing users to an additional organization now works correctly. Org role is propagated to analytics handlers so cross-org members see the right data.
- Org Switcher: New Settings-page card for switching between organizations, visible to every role instead of just admins.
- Batch Uploads: A single summary toast replaces the per-document toast flood when uploading many files at once.
- Hardened Deploy Pipeline: Internal deploy automation now includes health checks and automatic rollback for safer releases.
🐛 Fixed
- Citation Links in Embed: Citation links in the chat embed no longer render broken when content references are malformed.
- Org Membership Crash: Resolved a crash that affected users belonging to multiple organizations when loading membership data.
- Stripe Portal Return: The "Return to DocuChat" link from the Stripe billing portal now uses the correct frontend URL.
- Content Type Filter: The content type dropdown is now sorted alphabetically.
- GPT 5.2 Model Grades: Corrected to match the published documentation.
- Add Folders Modal: The "Add Folders" button now opens directly to the Apps tab.
